DR. VIVIAN ARTIS
Medical Director
Dr. Vivian Artis was born in Washington DC and raised in Silver Spring, MD. She has been providing Primary Care to patients in the DMV Metro area since 1999. She received her doctorate at Geisel School of Medicine (formerly known as Dartmouth Medical School) and completed her residency at the University of Maryland in Family Medicine with an emphasis in Obstetrics. Her interests include Women's Health, Family Planning, and Gynecology. She speaks fluent Spanish and has a welcoming and laid back bedside manner. Dr. Artis and her husband of 23 years are enjoying raising their one and only 16 year old daughter that shares her birthday. Dr. Artis is passionate about serving families and serving God in all that she does which is why she named her practice Agape, for God's highest love.

Angel Tariman
Remote Medical Office Assistant
Angel Tariman started with the Agape Family since June of 2024. She is a skilled professional with over eight years of experience in healthcare and customer service. As a Remote Medical Office Assistant, Angel specializes in administrative support, patient coordination, and medical documentation. Her previous five years as a customer service representative allowed her to sharpen her communication and problem-solving skills. Angel has a strong work ethic and adaptability. She looks forward to taking your call and is committed to delivering excellent service.
Elaine Green
Lead Medical Assistant
Elaine Green joined the Agape Family in November of 2024. As a Medical Assistant for over 20 years, Elaine has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, private practices, group practices, and care facilities. She believes in focusing on the whole person when caring for her patients. She is passionate about providing quality care while remaining mindful of her patients’ individual preferences and needs. Elaine is well known for her welcoming bedside manner and contagious smile, allowing those who she comes in contact with to feel at ease. Elaine Green enjoys spending time with her family and playful fur babies.
